Motherboard Problem, IC shorted

My Dell studio laptop 1558 Motherboard ( dell DAFM9CMB8C0) has a problem due to juice spill i had few days ago...
by carefully investigating the motherboard, i found that one Integrated Circuit has a shorted legs , i can see some rust and i can feel the sticky juice
the motherboard doesn't work now, and always gives steady ember light
WHAT to do now
is there any way i can replace that IC ....

I'm an ex guitar amp tech and have worked on computers for years (before PC's and integrated circuits) and worked at a NASA PC board repair facility. I wouldn't tackle something like that, even if I could get the proper replacement IC. That is "Surface Mount Technology (SMT) type and in most cases requires special equipment to work on. In addition, most PC boards are multi-layer which also requires specialized equipment.

There are places that sell refurbished motherboards. That is your best option.

U mean no use of trying to replace the IC
I have already cleaned the area using alcoholic 99.9 but the board still not working
The refurbished one is expensive
I upgraded this laptop and spent nearly £150

IF that IC is the problem, you will still need specialized SMT tools to unsolder and solder a new one in, without damaging any other component or the motherboard.

i think what you're saying is right repairing this motherboard is time consuming and difficult with SMT , and the probability the motherboard failing is high.. or the repair will not last long
I have found one place the reapir motherboard for £50 but they give 90 days guarantee.. i dought it
i prefer buying anew one, but the price is high ,, more than £100..
i am not sure where to find good places to pay rather than ebay or amazon..

Before you give up, try cleaning the affected area with water, deionised, preferably as conductive spills are usually water based and alcohol might not remove the deposit. Use wet tissues and cotton buds and dry with tissues. At this stage you have nothing to lose.
