Hi to all...
I have motorola modem which is connected on usb port, because ethernet connector didn't work. I use windows 7 ultimate x64, and i cannot find drivers for it.
Is there some drivers which work on x64 OS. Thx

Motorola doesn't seem to have Windows 7 drivers. The site does not recommend using USB on a 64bit system. Check the Readme for the 5101 modem on this site:

Support and Downloads for Current and Discontinued products

Your best bet is to find a new ethernet adapter. There are plenty of inexpensive adapters out there,

I want to ask something...

Can I connect two computers which one is connected with USB cable on modem and the other to be connected on computer who is connected on USB, with network cable which both have internet? How to do this? That computer with a USB is 32bit and other is with network cable have 64bit OS. I try to connect like this way but the both computer doesn't have internet. When I unplug network cable then I don't have Internet on USB, until Windows check the error and show: DHCP has disabled, error fix.
PS:
Sorry for my grammatical errors :)

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what it is you want to do. Can you try and clarify it a bit for me? A diagram would be nice if you can.

Got it. What you are looking to do is called Internet Connection Sharing (ICS).

Microsoft has a pretty good tutorial for setting up ICS.

Using ICS (Internet Connection Sharing)

Give this a try.

ICS will do exactly what you want. PC "A" (x86) has the cable modem connection. You use an ethernet cable to connect PC "A" to PC "B" (x64). PC "A" has ICS configured to share the connection to the cable modem.
