mouse acting eratically when on internet.

I have a combo wireless mouse microsoft 1000 and a microsoft keyboard. When I am on the internet, it sometimes acts eratically I have W7 64 bit professional op system.

This is due to the Pointing device is still active.

If you are using external "combo wireless mouse microsoft 1000 and a microsoft keyboard".

You need to Turn Off the pad, below the laptop keyboard.

Mostly it is known as "Synaptics Pointing Device" and need to turn off.

To turn off, it depend on the model.

Below at the right side of taskbar, click to show the hidden icons.

Select that "Synaptics Pointing Device" and Disable it.

If not using external mouse & keyboard, do remember to enable it to use.

Some laptop do have a button on top of the pointing pad, click to toggle on and off.

That is to say, when you surf, you palm could be touching the pointing pad.
