At random times, the mouse becomes unresponsive to other windows. The pointer can be moved, and I can still use the keyboard to use the computer. If I click on a window, it becomes inactive. Also, if i put the pointer on the start icon, it doesnt glow. Also, sometimes the mouse won't highlight desktop icons. The problem can be fixed if I alt-tab to the desktop and use the keyboard to open a program that will trigger a UAC popup(Revo Uninstaller). When the program opens, the problem goes away. I think the problem started when I updated to SP1.
Also, this may be a driver problem because it happens on Ubuntu Linux as well (but 50x more often).
