Mouse Cursors

I dislike the plain boring mouse cursors in Vista & 7.
Is there an easy way to get the mouse themes like have been available in all previous versions of windows?

...You actually think that the Dinosaur cursor is classier/more interesting than the Aero cursor? WOW.
