My mouse I'm currently using is a Steelseries Kinzu that I had recently bought 3 days ago.

I'm currently having a problem with a bit of mouse lag. This only happens in CS 1.6, and not any other games. When I move my mouse, the movement on my monitor isn't right. It's delayed like the LCD screens on the backs of cameras. It doesn't seem to match up. I HAD the newest drivers supplied by Steelseries, and I have recently uninstalled them to basically disable the on-board mouse acceleration for the mouse. Even with the drivers reinstalled, the problem still stays.

Can you guys help me find a solution to this mouse lag? It's really hindering my gameplay, and I would like it to be fixed ASAP.

Make sure you have v=sync enabled, usually having it off with computers that are pretty fast for it get this problem but goes away with v-sync on. If you have it off then turn it on and see how it moves.
