Mouse Issue - Right button takes me back a page on IE and Chrome

On both browsers, my right mouse button takes me back to the previous page on both IE and chrome. However my touchpad on the laptop is fine. Why is my external mouse doing this??

My touchpad works fine and so does another external mouse, but my Microsoft wireless mouse 3500 is not :/
