Recently my mouse has been acting weird. For some reason when I left click the mouse thinks I am double clicking or it thinks I am clicking multiple times when I am clicking once or dragging something.

I have looked around in Control Panel and my mouse/keyboard program and I am unable to find a solution.

I have already searched the site and came across a similar thread however it did not help.

First thing you should try is another mouse, it could be defective

I can use my dad's wireless mouse to try out. I was hoping to see if there was a software issue. The mouse/keyboard are only about 1 years old.
