Mouse move random stop working

I have problem with my mouse, i mind problem is mouse than i buy a new one and again same problem...
When i do something mouse randomly stop working, just move stop working, right and left click work, and i hear sound for usb. Mouse dont work 1-2sec and again work, and already have that problem, i raised new system and again same problem...
Can anyone help me??

It can be that your system is very busy.
Download and run super anti spyware. SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloading File
Try to do a clean boot. Open msconfig and on services hide MS services and disable all others. On startup disable all. Reboot and report.

What sort of mouse are you using.

Some mouse cannot use the default Windows generic driver for the mouse.

For USB mouse, it is advisable to use only USB 2.0 port.
USB 2.0 port support older device and low speed devices, such as; mouse and keyboard, additional power supply that some devices require.
