Mouse Pointer Glitch

Hello,

Well I have been on the internet for a long time and leeched from forums extensively. This is my first post/thread. I have recently begun to use Windows 7 Professional (32bit) and have an issue with my mouse pointer. When I mouse over a text box the vertical cursor appears and to the left of it a partial mouse pointer shows up as well. It is really annoying. I tried a screen capture but it does not pick up the mouse cursor.
Anyway, if someone can help me with this it would be most appreciated.

Hi, Kyle. I'm far from an expert, but if I were in your situation, I would probably try using a different cursor, to see if the problem still occurs.

This can be achieved by going to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Mouse, and then clicking the Pointers tab. :)
