I don't know what it is, ever since re-installing windows my mouse seems really laggy with it's movement and needs to be double clicked sometimes, which is really frustrating.

What is the problem & how to fix this?

It is a Microsoft blue laser mouse

Please put your complete mouse and keyboard in your system spec.

Try Windows 7 Updates and see if you get a driver update or program update for your Microsoft mouse.

I think adjusting the speed of the mouse helped out a lot, but I have the Microsoft Explorer Mouse (blue laser) Model #1362

My keyboard is the Wireless Natural 4000, but I'm not using the mouse, but instead the newer one I mentioned.

I thought I had all of the windows up to date since it's been doing regular updates since I re-installed it.
