Solved Mouse stops working after switching users

When I switch users my mouse stops working. I need to restart my pc or unplug and plug the mouse to use it again.

Mouse: Razer DeathAdder Essential
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

How often does this issue happen? Each time you switch user or occasionally?
Could you perform a Clean Boot, then switch user, and see if the symptoms persist.
Another thing you might want to try is temporarily disable the Razer driver, and use the basic Microsoft mouse driver.
