Hi everyone,

I've been using my computer and mouse for about 3 years now, and it has happened about 2-4 times already.

My mouse doesn't work any more, and nor does my plug-and-play mouse.

I am using MX Laser - Logitech Cordless mouse.. I have installed the Setpoint driver, but no success.. The other mouse doesn't have a brand I think, it's just a simple plug&play.

I have tried reinstalling the USB-controllers, without any success..

I am running both Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, and neither of them have a working mouse. :'(

Anyone got a solution?

Thanks,
Etienne Bruines

try the mice in another PC to rule out the mice.

another option is to download a Linux Live CD and boot from that and see if your mice work, this will rule out hardware failure if the mice work in Linux.

edit: saw you have issues in Server as well.
