Move? Windows 7 WLAN stored password locations

I am working on a Win 7 Enbedded system. In this system, C: much of the disk is in a "locked" container to prevent it from being altered. I can unlock it, but I cannot release it to anyone unlocked. Due to this restriction, any WIFI passwords are lost on reboot. Likewise, if anyone installs a program, it will simply be missing on reboot! If I edit while the container is unlocked & then re-lock, everything I do is remembered. D: is totally open and unprotected as are areas of C:. I know where the WLAN Passwords are stored in the filesystem. c:\Program Data\Microsoft\Wlansvc\Profiles\Interfaces[Interface Guid] I would love to relocate the storage location to another unprotected directory. Anyone know if I can relocate?

If I can't do that I might create a BAT to copy all the files to a safe place and then recopy back on boot-up. NOT a good fix!

Hello Radiomange look this might not be the answer but worth a try.
BOOTABLE UBUNTU
Make a bootable Ubuntu disk Download Ubuntu Desktop | Download | Ubuntu
Set the BIOS to boot from the optical when the machine boots it will show you a screen with TRY or INSTALL > select TRY not INSTALL
When it is finished - it takes very little time you will get a screen like in the pic .
Open the drive you want > User and dig down until you get to the data / settings you may be able to copy / paste the material you want to an external source or other installed drive doing this.
I am not sure if it will but I have recovered tons of data etc using this method both on "dead" or just plain drives that you cannot get data from using Windows.

Or there is this Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS I prefer Ubuntu a tad easier to set up but this does the same thing
