Solved Move Windows On Screen

Hi. I know this is the simplest problem on here..

When I move/resize windows on my screen, not the whole window moves, but it's outline. How do I get the actual window to move, and not just it's outline??

Are you talking about resizing a browser?

And are you saying the actual program remains in one location, while the border of an application moves to a new location?
