Hi,
I'm having trouble understanding the procedure to follow in order to succesfully move my .PST file from one location to another, without having Outlook panicking about what I am trying to do. I've experimented a bit but seem to end up with duplicate accounts/datafiles.
By default, Outlook places the .PST here:
C:\Users\Colin\Documents\Outlook Files\
I would like to physically move the .PST here:
E:\Data\Mail\
and then tell Outlook to look in this new location for the .PST without fretting. I can't quite seem to work out the logic, or what i need to do. I recall in earlier versions of Outlook one could simply click a "Change Data Folder" location or similar button, but that seems to have gone missing.....
I aim to access two accounts, ideally in two separate PST's in the same folder:
1 x IMAP (ISP account)
1 x POP (GMail account)
This is Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Golden
