Mozilla missing stuff that Chrome displays

I've recently noticed, on a couple of sites, that Chrome displays some features that Mozilla misses or suppresses. As in showing a little tab on one site that allows access to other pages on the site.

Is this a well-known deficit in Mozilla, or do others find this alarming and strange, as I do?
