anyone knows a program for just right clicking on a wav file, context menu: 'convert to mp3' ?
i tried "all to mp3 convertor" but that's not free

You can add any program that reads the file off its command line manually using this:

Edit: Note it says Vista64 but it also works in Windows7 32 bit. Also there are utilities to add stuff for you to avoid editing the registry manually. I'm sure you can find free ones on Softpeida or perhaps http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/index.html

Or you can just put a shortcut in the SendTo menu.
