MP3ext Uninstall Problem

After I have uninstalled the software, all the mp3 file icon are still the same as when the software is installed!!! Also, I still can find MP3-info when I right click>properties the mp3 file. I am sure I have uninstalled it. What can I do?

No need for the screenshots, I installed it and then uninstalled it.
You need to install it again then uninstall it again when the window(screenshot below) open up chose Yes to all should be back to normal.
