MP4 Editor Freeware?

Is there an MP4 editor program available? I'm just looking for something that'll allow me to cut out parts rather than anything fancy.

I use VideoPad myself, but that's not free. I do have DaVinci Resolve installed, but without watching some YouTube instructional videos it's waaay too complex. But for free you can't beat it.
