mpq file help needed

I have a mpq file that I can not opened. It is for a game
I want to play. I can not open it with anything on the pc.

Do you get any error messages when you try to open it? If it is a download, it is possible that it is corrupted...download it again.

Yes, diablo 2 I got the game to run fine, but to play the
game without the cd I need to copy the music file, which
is a mpq file to the hard drive. That is the problem I am having.
