"First step the cmos battery will be dead replace then the bios will be screwed so you will have to enter setting in the bios to match the config"
Having that being said, I want to do just that however I want / hope by doing so whatever MS & HP does, I cannot determine what version of the O/S was originally installed. The reason I need to know is when I attempt to reinstall Windows-7, the install stops and says what Version / Level I am trying to install "does not match whatever Version / Level originally delivered the PC System with". I could have been any version of Vista or Windows-7. I purchased it Refurbed from the Internet. I booted right up and into W-10. I want W-7 PRO. Can you help me?

I asked this question of perplexity.ai as you should be able to look at the hard drives for each PC and find a file you can look at to determine its OS. Does this help?
"What Windows system file contains text info on what OS is installed?"
The Windows system file that contains text information about the installed operating system (OS) is: C:\Windows\System32\license.rtf: This file contains the Windows version and service pack information for Windows 7
For other versions of Windows, the information may be located in different files: C:\Windows\System32\eula.txt: This file contains the Windows version and service pack information for Windows XP. C:\Windows\System32\Licenses: On Windows 10, the folder may contain information about the installed OS, although the specific file may vary

Yes, I have booted from multiple installation media.
"what installation media are you using?"
The set of four HP Disks I ordered from HP directly.
The set of two Disks from Restore Solutions directly.
A single Disk I purchased from the Internet, labeled HP W7 Pro.
A single Disk I purchased from the Internet, labeled Dell W7 Pro.
"which pc system ?"
HP EliteOne 800 G1 AIO
What I believe is happening:
When the Installation Process reaches the point where MS ask for the 6 or 9 Install Number, MS says the Installation Number is invalid. After doing at least 10 Clean Installs, at least three time from each of the above Media, it will not take the Installation Number to Activate. I have paid for all of the above Media! When asked by the Microsoft telephone Registration System, I responded "two" and was told that was too many installs for the License.
If I have one install, the Original W-10 which came installed on this refurbed PC and I am installing W-7, that adds up to two installs, right?
I'm wanting to write over W-10 and only use W-7.
All I want is to run this Refurbed PC under W-7 Pro only. Is there a way to Activate it?
I have tried every Installation Number I have from the Numbers printed on the Tags that came with the Disks above.
I do not know how to display whatever Number has already been entered that is in conflict with the one / ones I have paid for.
If you can help me please do!
Loading and reloading Disks is very time consuming and I'm afraid I'm about to wear out the CD/DVD Disk Drive.

I was able to get the Windows-7 Pro ACTIVATED but then I screwed it up.
I my exuberance at getting it ACTIVATED, I unplugged the Drive before pressing the Keyboard or the Mouse to discharge whatever.
As I experienced in the past, Something causes the Drive to be Unbootable.
I'm in need of a solution which will cause the Drive to be Rebootable.
It was my fault for going to quickly unplugging the Drive from inside the All-in-One.
Help if you can.
