Hi

To release disk space I have uninstalled a few games but the C++ redistributable that it installed doesn't get removed.

There are 16 installations of C++ distributables. Is this normal as I'm minded to selectively delete the older versions eg. 2005. Is there a way to check which app depends upon them?

C++ redist. does not take to much space and I wouldn't remove them. (max 1 MB)
you have all together max 15MB and that's not so much!

also for example ATI driver depends on msc++ 2005.
not sure about others.

reasonable

I just get irked when the a long list a inactive modules that would be installed by an app and when the app is removed it leaves a trail behind it. I thought the idea behind .vb was that a single Module could serve multiple apps.

I take your point and will ignore them.

Thanks for prompt response.
