I have tried to get the ms fax on my 64bit computer to work but get an error message saying" an unexpected error has occured" what do I do? The modem is a c net 56k v92 modem and the device manager says its working properly.
I did initailly try to install an old Duxburry Modem but it did not have the correcr drivers so took the card out and put the new cnet internal modem in.
I do notic e that there is no audible dialing to be heard when I say send the fax. My old machine had a very distinct audio of the dialling out . Can any one help?
