OK, so I just received my new keyboard (MS Natural Wireless Ergonomic 7000)today in the mail. I followed the instructions; loaded the drivers, installed the batteries, and configured the new keyboard and mouse.
My issue is that EVERY 10-20 minutes the keyboard loses the connection with the receiver and has to be reset. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, I put in new batteries, and moved the receiver to every possible USB port on my PC. I have tried everything I can think of to remedy, but this annoying problem still persists!
The mouse never loses it's connection, it works flawlessly the entire time! I am out of ideas... other than call MS because of a bum keyboard!
