MS Office 2010 won't restart after closing

I have to restart my computer.

It also won't send/receive if I cancel a send receive when it gets stuck.

Any ideas?

Welcome to SF , SallyOH.

First try to run Office Diagnostics... , from Office Outlook (Help - Office Diagnostics) and follow it.
If you have problems you can try repair option from Office disk.
Also , Google for you error maybe you find how to fix it.
