Got a word document that serves as a company manual and I am in the process of updating it. Would like to remove all the "Markup" history that has accumulated over the past 10 years. When I save it and open it back up again it looks normal, however when I email it to my self, all the markups are there. I thought that saving it once the markups are taken off, it would remain in that state. Appreciate any assistance
