MS WORD 2007: black backround instead of blinding white?

Hi peeps. I copy over to my windows-phone some word 2007 docs I need to study in the evenings & mornings.

Black text on white background is painful. Can I reverse to White text on black in Word 2007?

Change page colour to black and text colour to white.

Changed in Word 7 to white text on black > O.K. Save doc.

Dragging the new color themed doc. into the windowsphone it still opens as black text as white.
