msconfig broken wtf?

i cant click on anything , nothing on this page is clickable . it also stuck on selective start up , but windows boots normal, also if i select anything and apply , next time i open it it reverts back....

someone help me with my stupid windows please!!

DO you have a backup from before the problem started?

Do you have the win 7 dvd to do a repair install?

Do an Alt Tab, and see if there is a dialogue box hidden somewhere that is asking you to do something first.

set w7 hdd as first boot drive/default , and that fixed it. also ran msconfig in admin mode and that fixed the settings that reverted back.
