Solved MSE Error...

Several times over the last month or so MSE has reported that the computer has not been scanned thus the system was not protected. In fact the computer is scanned on a regular schedule and MSE reports the scan and results. It still reports no protection even after a full scan and a reboot.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled MSE several times which corrects the issue only to return some time latter. Any idea's?. Is this a reported event??

Thanks so much Cottenball....That was the problem... Ccleaner!!! Unchecked the suggested boxes..Problem Solved.

Thanks for the tip, I have not had any problems with scan errors but I just now went into CCleaner and unchecked the MA Antimalware and MS Management Console anyway. I am running a quick scan now to re-establish the scan history.
