Mse updated

I just upgrades from AVG 11 that was a living hell! To mse however me being a silly person and all I upgraded while having capped Internet and so mse is stuck at updating because my Internet is so slow. I guess the question I'm asking is, is it possible to download the updates from another PC and put it onto my USB and install on my PC. If so how?
