Hello saui and welcome to Seven Forums.

I did a search for msieny.dll and could not find any information about it. If it's a legitimate Windows or Microsoft .dll there's usually some kind of reference available telling what it does and if there are any other associated files or programs that need the .dll (if it is legitimate I'm sure somebody will give us both some info about it.)

I'd suggest running a full scan with your resident antivirus and antispyware to rule out the possibility of malware. After running that scan I'd also scan with a couple more free on-demand scanners like these: malwarebytes, HitmanPro, HouseCall, or Superantispyware.

If your computer comes back clean after these scans, I'd next run a full System File Checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two, this tutorial) to see if there are and damaged or corrupt system files. If any problems are found run the scan 3 times rebooting after each scan. Please post back if any of this helped or not.
