msiltu32.dll error message

Hello,
I'm a newbie. I've been having problems with my computer since an error message every time my windows starting.

It takes no affects (I guessed but I don't know) Its annoying and I can't find a way to fix or remove it.

Please download this software, go to Startup tab, find that DLL and uncheck it.

Also, I would CHECK FOR VIRUSES! (Name of the file sounds fishy. If you do not have any antivirus products, you could use free onetime utilities like
Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool or Malwarebytes, both are FREE products).

I have been scanning my computer with Microsoft Security Essentials and SMADAV, Indonesian Local AntiVirus, but nothing has turned up.

Is it a virus?
Since I've scanned my Computer before and after I ran the Starter. They found nothing. Both reported that there is no thread detected on your computer.

Could you please upload that file to https://www.virustotal.com/ and post it's detection ratio and link to it?

I cannot find the file to be upload to the site.
The RunDll message box that always showed up every time I started Windows is now already gone by using starter.

Is it a virus?

Well, it's hard to say. I will say that msiltu32.dll (or just msiltu32) isn't known by either Bing or Google, other than your post here, so that's not a good start. It could just be benign and a result of uninstalling something and it didn't uninstall cleanly, but other than that those sorts of messages can indeed be remnants of malware. However, if you don't have the file, and can't upload it to virustotal, it probably won't be anything we can say with certainty one way or the other.
