mssage from webpage

yesterday I started receiving the following message from webpage "hashChangeIint doc domain is: chron.com." it runs constantly but only on the chron.com website. How can I get rid of this. I tried updating java with no success.

Welcome to Seven Forums donaldy. This appears to be a javascript error from that site. Perhaps an error from an update in their script? Which browser are you using when you get this message? A Guy

I am using IE 9

If this only happens on that one page, try turning off script debugging and see if that helps. If not, you can always turn it back on.

Open Internet Explorer> Click the Tools button> Click Internet Options> Click the Advanced tab> Put a check mark next to Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other)> Untick Display a notification about every script error check box> OK.

Navigate to that page and see if the message is gone. It is almost 100% that the problem lies within that page, and not your PC. But turning off script debugging would prevent the error appearing. This is unlikely to cause you any problems as script errors are rare, and if web pages display normally anyway, it is not a concern. If this doesn't help, I'd recheck/uncheck the above and go back to where you were. A Guy

Thanks for the advice but everything you recommended was already set so I'm still right where I was. I searched the javascript program and got the following message: Error: "document" is undefined
Code: 800A1391
Source: Microsoft Jscript runtime error
Don't know if this is any help or not.

As I say, this is almost 100% a web page coding error. Have you tried it with another browser like Firefox or Chrome? I do not get any error on http://www.chron.com/ using IE9 myself.
