Much closer to a solution thanks to you guys but still crashing

Now the computer only seems to crash after being on for a while still not sure what is causing it but now only getting two crash errors

Windows 7 IS - x64 Ultimate
the original installed OS on the system
full retail version
The age of system (hardware) is about 3 years
Age of OS installation is about 2months old,
Just replaced Motherboard.
