Multimedia Audio / RAID controllers

My computer seems to refuse any kinds of updates for either of these drivers, and so far my computer provides no sound. It was working decently before reinstalling my Windows 7 Build 7100. Ive tried looking up my sound card info and searching for appropriate drivers and such, but to no avail. I'm not sure if my RAID driver has anything to do with it, I'm pretty computer knowledgeable for a high school student but I'm at a loss, any help is appreciated , and your time :)

I probably should update this, even though its only... a day old?, I somehow fixed it yesterday by installing something for my graphics card, Thanks though, But I still do have a question, how do i identify my Motherboard and CPU info and such...?

two ways

one run msinfo32 in search

or get cpuid (free) or everest (also free) they give much more detailed info in the 3rd party apps
