Hopefully the solution is simple 
My ISP has introduced traffic management, which I circumvent to a degree using a free VPN. However it frequently disconnects, and in doing so logs out everything else that's going on with the PC, including 6 browser instances (multiple chat windows etc...) So..I want to do what I think should be simple, have browsers send traffic through the 'natural' connection, and utorrent route it's traffic through the VPN which can autoconnect when necessary, by doing this I will hopefully dramatically decrease the load on the VPN, while keeping stable IP addresses for my browsers. -thanks
