Hopefully the solution is simple :) My ISP has introduced traffic management, which I circumvent to a degree using a free VPN. However it frequently disconnects, and in doing so logs out everything else that's going on with the PC, including 6 browser instances (multiple chat windows etc...) So..I want to do what I think should be simple, have browsers send traffic through the 'natural' connection, and utorrent route it's traffic through the VPN which can autoconnect when necessary, by doing this I will hopefully dramatically decrease the load on the VPN, while keeping stable IP addresses for my browsers. -thanks

You can doing so by modifing windows routing table, using the route commande in cmd.
Typically, remove the default gateway in your VPN adapter, and then type route add destination_network mask gateway in your cmd prompt.
You may do the same with a local proxy.
