Now that I have MSE installed, would I still need to install other adware programs such as lavasoft adaware? In the past Ive always had more than one adware program because each detected different things. Is it now time to finally be able to concentrate on just one program?

Short answer: Yes
Long answer: YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Lol kidding, it is always suggested and recommended to use one program for any thing that involves spyware, adware, malware, viruses, etc.

I am half awake so I could be wrong.

no just install one. its really just wasting resource by install more than 1 security solution... (not including UAC and Windows Firewall oh god) but then again its your loss if you do it lol.

simply one choose what you think/know is best and use it. ;)

I have malwarebytes installed(with no real time protection) and i use it to do a manual scan from time to time, just to make sure.
besides that only MSE and default windows 7 firewall.
that´s enough for me.
