Multiple Blue Screen Crashes

My computer has only been about a month to two months old and already in its first week, I already had a blue screen. Every single time, the blue screen is with a different error but the last one I received was about MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

I've also received BAD_POOL_CALLER before. I use a Windows 7 with Intel Core i5.

I've attached my SF Diagnostic Tool file. Appreciate the help.

Probably caused by: RTKVHD64.sys Wed Apr 06 08:30:01 2011 Can you update your Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver Realtek
