Hi and welcome

Your English is fine

There are two problems

1-Intellppm.sys
is the obvious cause of these. I would re-install the latest version from intel.

2-Your Symantec
is also playing a part. I would remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials at least to test.

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

Bart,
Welcome to SevenForums.

Your English is excellent.
Since you only included the .dmp file, I am going to take a guess.
You have Norton Internet Security Suite installed with endpoint protection.

You won't necessarily like my recommendation but:
100% remove Norton,
Install Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) Link in my sig.
MSE is the one and the only antivirus I use, recommend and install. When you install MSE then Windows Firewall will be activated. The very first scan by MSE is going to run the Malicious Software Removal Tool to get rid of any known malware. This means that the initial scan will take some time but after that you will have the least-interfering AV and security software available.

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

I have never before fiddled with my drivers so i dont know alot about this.
thanks.

zigzag,
I ran across this piece of advice but I've not knowledge or experience with intelppm.sys;

if you are seeing this problem repeatedly you can manually disable these drivers
(with no negative side effect) by going to the following location in the registry:

hkey_local_machine/system/currentcontrolset/services/processor

or

hkey_local_machine/systemcurrentcontrolset/services/intelppm

and changing the 'start' value to '4'.

zigzag,
I looked further and I definitely NOT recommend messing with the registry.

Turns out I have intelppm.sys on my system and there are numerous entries related to intelppm.sys.

I have an amd processor. The file male be related to chip(s) on the motherboard.

Maybe rather than searchiing directly for an intelppm.sys file, the approach would be to go the website of the mfg of his motherboard and see if maybe there are some updates that need to be installed.

Bart,
Go back to the medion site and find out why the bios update did not work.

After updating the bios, then update all of the drivers which they offer for Win 7 which are for your particular model.

Nonsense. Of course you can. I've been doing this for more years than you are old and I guarantee you, just read their instructions and you can update both your bios and your drivers.

There is no sense in trying to bring a system in order without first putting the bios and the motherboard drivers in order.
