Multiple Bluescreens while playing Video Games

Hello,
ive built my computer in april and since mid Septemper i started getting alot of different bluescreens while playing video games like Dota 2 and Borderlands 2.

-I have ran Memtest86 for 10 hours with 0 errors.
-I scanned my computer in safemode using Malwarebytes with 0 errors.
-I have checked my harddrives using the Seagate tools with 0 errors.
-I have reformatted and clean installed Windows and tried playing Dota2 with no programms other than Steam and Skype installed on the Computer still bluescreened.

The bluescreens are pretty random, sometimes i can play 4 hours without any, sometimes i bluescreen after first 20 minutes of playing.

Uninstall it with driver fusion and install the latest one. Report teh result back.

Uninstalled and got newest driver, played for around 3 hours didnt crash yet, maybe im lucky but i hope its fixed.

Exactly the same thing as earlier. Stop 0xFC with ATI display driver failure.

Search for if there is any latest beta, or just a previous version, shift to that one. I have seen a lot of recurring crashes on the July version of ATI drivers
