Solved Multiple BSOD Brand New Win7 Pro 64bit 0x19 and 0x3b

Hey guys,

I am at a loss here I have gotten multiple BSOD's on my new Laptop. I am currently trying to use the SF Diagnostic Tool to grab my dumps for uploading but getting a weird \\desktop not found error.

I have downloaded and run the bluescreenview utility, I have attached screen shots of the properties for each BSOD as well as zip files of the minidumps.

Hoping someone can help. I am going to run the laptop through memtest again, I ran it with one pass at 3+ hours and no errors.

Finally got the SF Tools to work. Had to login with non domain account.

Please enable Driver verifier your files are silent about what caused the BSOD:

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

When driver verifier is enabled allow it to crash your computer then post your new files here the same way you did before. Tip: if you can not boot normally into windows after enabling driver verifier please boot into safe mode and then disable driver verifier.

I have enabled driver verifier and when the blue screen comes up it stops at initializing disk for crash dump and sits. There is no progress % or anything indicating that it is doing anything. Should I adjust any settings?

ok I have set it up for small memory dump. I also have removed my extra memory and put less in. I think it might be my memory sticks and if the machine runs for the next few days I am going to be returning the memory sticks.

Sounds like a good idea but if you wish to test the memory sticks you can follow this tutorial:

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

let the test run for at least 8 passes. Tip: do this overnight it can take quite a long time.

yea I tested with the 32gb in the laptop and 1 pass took 3.5hrs..
