Multiple BSOD, crashes and/or freezes per day, for weeks

My computer has been getting multiple BSODs, crashes and/or freezes per day and it has been for weeks.

Sometimes it BSOD'ed followed by a reboot, sometimes it crashed (with a black screen, as if the power was out) followed by a reboot, sometimes it crashed by giving a "noise screen" followed by a reboot, sometimes it just freezed and with no reboot.

I have run the built-in disk diagnostic tool and memory diagnostic tool and no anomaly was noted.

I am aware of the existence of minidump files but unfortunately I have no knowledge in reading and understanding what they mean.

Please provide help, and thanks in advance.

Hi Hizack,

Presumably caused by the non-genuine install,

You have a custom built computer with an ASUS product key.

As we work from a standard baseline, its nearly impossible to correct errors from a non-genuine OS, we dont know whats been installed.

Purchase a genuine OS and if the problems continue we will help you, forum rules state that piracy is unacceptable and no further help will be provided until you do so.
