Hello, i have a problem with my computer. I am getting random BSOD (its like 2 times per day or once per 3 month). I have reinstalled my system, but it ddidnt help. I am including .dump file and log from your software. I think it could be caused by RAM, but i am not sure. I hope someone can help.

Hi pogasta.

You cannot have an ASUS license on a retail Gigabyte motherboard unless it is counterfeit; and stop 0x3B BSODs are most possible for a counterfeit installation.

0X3B BSODs are often caused by system files corruptions. Counterfeit installations are not capable to get the updates properly, and some files are modified in it, too.

So if a stop 0x3B appears to a counterfeit installation, it is the first thing that is to be rectified.

Either the RAM is causing issue or any driver passing bad info to the memory.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
If it does not show any error, enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

   Information
Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Disable driver verifier. It is not a driver issue.

STOP 0x0000001A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
Usual causes:
Device driver, memory, kernel

Two possibilities are already minimized, and kernel errors should not be there after you clean installed with an original media and duly updated it.

Have you performed a clean reinstall to rectify the previous counterfeit installation?

Open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

I know Arc has already asked, but could you please fill out your system specs. It will help us help you. If you will go to your last post and on the bottom left, click 'My System Specs' you will see a link to update your system specs. Please fill them out as complete as possible, including Manufacturer and model # where possible, being sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you have an OEM computer please designate whether it is a Desktop or Laptop and include the model number. If you would like to know what we would like, click My System Specs at the bottom of this post and see mine. If you need help, this will help you http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html . Knowing what hardware we are dealing with will help us to help you.

Would you also click start, control panel and in category view, click on Uninstall a Program and expand the window as much as possible and post a screenshot ( http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/9733-screenshots-files-upload-post-seven-forums.html ) of the window. If it takes more than one screenshot, that's OK.

Please tell us what it is that you do that makes your computer BSOD, if you know. Is it when performing a certain task or hen using a certain program. That would kelp us also.

So i have updated my system spec. And i am attaching a screenshot you wanted (you can see all my programs there, as i said its clean installation). BSODs are appearing randomly i guess, but more often when I am watching streams (full screen) in my Chrome, also before BSOD I can hear high whistling sound (sometimes I can hear that sound without BSOD but my sound stop working after and i need to restart my PC). Its sound from my Headset not from my PC.

My 2 cents worth - that whistling sound can you say where it is emanating from?

If it is from around the PSU or the graphics card I would be checking those out too the PSU use this

Using HW Info

You can test the volts on the PSU with HWInfo HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 -Download < download the right bit version andclose the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power sectionwhere you will see what the volts are doing see my pic.

The original right hand window shows themachine running and is handy for that but for looking at the components in some detail close it and use themain left hand side panel

FOR OTHER COMPONENTS

Open each + down into the componentitself and then click on it - in theright hand side will appear all sorts of details including brands speeds andother essential info that device. See pic for example. ( The ones I would be looking for first)

I am also wondering about running this
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html< if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2

Oh, I know my English isnt the best so I will try explain it again. That whistling sound isnt from case, its sound provided by my sound card (I can hear it only via headset, when I take it off i cant hear anything). Anyways I checked voltage in Hardware Info and it seems alright. Also I did my HDD check, but i am affraid I cant understand results. I can post a log, but its in my native language so you will not understand :(. Thanks for your help
