Multiple BSOD on startup & during loads

Hi all.
New to the forums, so I'm sorry if i miss anything..

Running Win 7 Home Premium 64bit
It's OEM but installed by me.
Theirs no "perform /report" in the zip file as it doesn't show up using the instructions given..

Have had mutiple BSOD for a while now..

Currently on a semi fresh install (2 weeks?).
All updates installed.
Previously done memtest.
System crash's during Boot, at the end of Loading a saved game and while trying to run "sfc /scannow"..
Also crashs' on boot for safe made the 2-3 times i tried to get in.

Any help would be appreciated

Ok i lied "sfc /scannow" just completed.
Didn't find any integrity violations.

*On a side note. bsod only happened 1-2 times during cold boot then it was fine but i flipped my fan around for my cooler and now can't load game saves etc..

Will re-install all hardware in the case in a bit.
