Multiple BSOD Win 7 Dell Vostro V13 no pattern. Is it Hardware?

Hi Everyone,
I would really appreciate if someone would be able to help me with BSODs. I have been having them for quite a while but was blaming it all on too many things installed on the machine. Three weeks ago I installed a fresh win7 32 bit and only the basic programs but the problem persists. There 's no regularity as to when BSOD happens, different applications, different workloads. I would be grateful if someone could point as to what causes it. Thank you.

Hi lukemike.

First of all, update the Realtek NIC from Realtek .... take the second one from the list, Win7 and Server 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program.

And, Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
