Hello all of you good people and thank you for taking time to read this..
(As you can see this is very lengthy, it is simply the COMPLETE history of my problem, the crash files should be attached and you can just look at that if you want)
So where to begin... My problems started maybe 3 months ago when i noticed my computer started to get slow after a few days without a restart. I understand that this is normal for a computer and started to restart/ turn off my computer more often, this did help for a while but I started to notice that things were getting worse and worse up to a point where it would take up to 30 second to open a program like VLC it was at this point that I started to look for solutions. I ran my computer through a battery of scans (such as avast virus scans and spybot) as well as different registry cleaners like ccleaner and eusing cleaner. These scans and cleans did little to help if any and so I looked for programs that may be harmful but did not find any (I keep my computer very clean and am sure of what i put on it). I then turned to the forums where I was instructed to run memtest86 as well as those other cleaners and maybe a system reinstall. I ran memtest86 on multiple passes and with varying memory configurations and it came up clean.
It was around this point that one of my hard drives failed, it was a little odd considering that they were both not even 6 months old. Seeing an opportunity to make my system more "stable" and "risk free" I decided to turn my two hard drives, now empty, into a RAID 1 array. As I have only home premium I was not able to do this through windows and thus turned to BIOS. After only a little trouble I was able to set it up and in the process I updated my BIOS but now my current problem has arisen. When finally I was able to use my new RAID system all was good I had problems at first with windows detecting the "drive" but after assigning it a driver (from asus) all was well but now I had a new problem much more severe than the first, my system was blue screening. Figuring that maybe a driver was of of a update was needed I ran every test and checked every hardware site for new drives but nothing helped, time after time again I was getting the blue screen. I soon decided to get rid of the RAID system and set BIOS back to default but the BSOD kept on coming. Running memtest86 again as well as Chkdsk and Scannow and and all those other programs nothing was found so I decided to do a system re-install. In the re-install I reformatted all my disks and attempted to start from scratch and I believe I was successful in doing so and yet the the BSODS kept on coming...
I hope there is something I can do I've put allot into this computer and an really quite upset with these problems. Thanks so much for your precious time, I really appreciate it even if you have nothing to say.
