Multiple BSODs no idea why?!!

This is my first post here. I read many useful posts. I have Toshiba Satellite A215-S7422 shipped with Vista32. It is a bit slow but no BSOD(oh my!) for the last 5 years. I recently updated the OS to win7 ultimate x32, as my son was after me to play his favorite mindcraft game. Then it started saga of BSOD. I updated the drivers from Toshiba website.
Enclosing the dump as instructed ... I greatly appreciate forum help.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning

Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

• If you fail to get on the Desktop because of DV, Boot into Advanced Boot Options > Safe mode. Disable DV there. Now boot normally again, and try following the instruction of enabling DV again.
• If you cannot boot in Safe mode too, do a System Restore to a point you made earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any. Also, upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

• Download and execute Driverview
• View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
• Edit > Select all
• File > Save Selected Items
• In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
• Zip the .txt file and upload it.

I have an update. Sadly, when I enabled device verifier, I did not get a single clean start. Multiple BSOD, shutdowns, messages that driver is corrupting memory etc, dying while starting without BSOD etc. Fortunately, I am able to go safemode in one of the restarts and disabled, and able to restart normally. Seriously, I think, either it is some driver like AMD display driver or something like that messing up and seriously thinking to go back to Vista.

Driver Verifier may behave in this way depending on things, but you can make it workable.

First boot into safe mode and disable driver verifier. Restart and boot back to normal mode.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept then restart.

Now enable driver verifier again. Make it sure that you are not selecting any driver by "Microsoft" or "unknown".

Hopefully this time we eill get a BSOD crash dump properly.

Update Realtek(r) High Definition Audio Function Driver from Realtek

Update Realtek 8101E/8168/8169 NDIS 6.20 32-bit Driver from Realtek .... (Take the second one from the list .... Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program).

Uninstall TOSHIBA Firmware Linkage 32-bit Driver
Uninstall TOSHIBA ACPI-Based Value Added Logical and General Purpose Device Driver.

The display driver ..... I would suggest you to take the Automatically Detect and Install option from Download Drivers .
