Multiple BSOD's - X50,X1A, X3B, X1E

I left my windows 7 machine running one morning installing updates and I came back to a system recovery screen.

• The machine will not boot at all.
• I have two HD's set up in continous RAID 1
• System recovery will not work, nor will system restore -errors when i try
• Ran system recovery from the DVD also,
• Memtest came back with no errors
• Chkdsk /r - crashes the system
• I booted to Ubuntu on a dvd and was able to browse to most important files and recover them to an external
• A list of all the errors I have seen are listed in the title, also included are:
• Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area
• wimfsf.sys
• Memory_Management - I believe when trying to run chkdsk /r from cmd
• System_Service_Exception -I believe when trying to run chkdsk /p from cmd

Could anyone point me in the write direction to help me get this issue resolved?

Sorry, I've read that and I dont understand how to save and run that file if i can't even boot the pc up?
