Multiple Computers?

A while back I purchased Win7 professinal, was a special offer to students and was a download purchase (no CDROM)

Im upgrading to a new computer and was wondering if I can use this OS on the new system without any activation problems?

I have no access to my student email address (where I purchased the OS) anymore. I have the product key though.

So wanting to know if I can use the OS and is it as simple as downloading Win7 Professional and activating it with the product key?

As long as it is One Key on One Computer, & not used on the old computer any more.
